For more modest investment levels we have a purchase and leaseback model which allows investors to buy smaller blocks of freehold farmland which are then leased back to the selling farmer. The highlights are:

    • High quality farming tenant in place prior to purchase
    • Annual cash rental yield of 7% +
    • Target capital growth of 9% per annum (based on historical growth in land values)
    • Lower minimum investment level
